The user guide contains instructions for doing this, using "lc.exe" the license compiler in .NET.  Please see the attachment to this article for a running example with batch file.

The first time the EXE is run you may be prompted to register your license key, doing this places a copy of the key in Isolated Storage for subsequent uses, so recompile using build.bat to properly license the EXE.
