RapidSpellAsYouType requires UIPermission, to enable this you must give the intranet zone full trust - this can be done through Control Panel->.NET Configuration->Runtime security policy->adjust zone security. If you cannot grant necessary permissions, then RapidSpellAsYouType may not be used in a browser. To use the controls they must be licensed, this required linking to a .licenses file create with "lc" the license compiler.
