I can specify multiple content categories when performing a search. It appears that the search engine uses an OR to join the categories, so you get documents that contain category 1 OR category 2 OR category 3, etc. Is it possible to make it use an AND to join the categories, so the documents must contain category 1 AND category 2?

Hi Dan, that's counter to how search categories work in general, so we haven't made it easy to switch between OR and AND. However you can achieve this using filtering

You can remove results that do not sit in all categories.

I understand. I'll look again at results' filtering to accomplish the AND case.
