Thanks for the report, but unfortunately I can't reproduce it. I verified that I can see first chance exceptions in my output window, but don't see any for the licensing.
1. Does the same thing happen in our demo project for you?
2. I assume there's a typo in your post, the file name should be licenses.licx.
3. Perhaps try adding this to your licenses.licx file
Keyoti.RapidSpell.Wpf.RapidSpellChecker, Keyoti4.RapidSpell.WPF
4. We don't license over the internet, it's self contained.
Am very interested in how this resolves so please let me know.
