Several basic possessive nouns are being flagged as misspelled. Examples:

patient's
spider's

Does the main dictionary include posessives or does the engine dynamically calculate them? In other words, do these need to be added to the dictionary, or is this a bug?

Update - both possessive words are in the main dictionary.
