I'm trying to build a Turkish language dictionary (as you guys don't have one available) and I have a question about DictManager.

I have the OpenOffice Hunspell Turkish dictionary which I want to import into DictManager. Is this possible, or do I need a straight word list to import instead?

You do need a straight word list. To generate it, first you need a linux box or VM (you can get free Ubuntu ones all setup off the web for vmware). Then you need hunspell installed, it has a program called unmunch, which you run like

unmunch tr.dic tr.aff > wordlist.txt

I just tried it for you with the Turkish hunspell dictionary, and it got part way and then died with a segmentation fault. I don't doubt there's a solution out there, but unfortunately I can't easily say what it is.
