I would like to know if I can customise the dialog that popups up when I use the RapidSpellWeb spell checker. Baically, I want to be able to add a new button to it and use my own functionality to edit user dictionaries.

Or if there is any plugin that is already created to help edit user dictionaries, please let me know.
