I have following queries regarding the license:
1. Are the annual upgrades mandatory or optional ? By this I want to know that if I continue to use the same product for many coming years can I do without upgrading.
2. What is the support model post purchase of the product ? Is it on-call/Email, etc ? Do I have to pay for support ? Is there any time limit for the support ?
3. What is the payment mechanism ?
