spell checker also recognizes superscript or subscript as error and correct them in wrong format, i want to ignore all superscript and subscripts while spell .

You just need to add the subscripts and superscripts to the main dictionary (see Dict File Main Dictionaries) http://keyoti.com/produc.../The%20Dictionaries.htm
