Hi,
We have Rapidspell license.
Previously we used the license key for 2003 server for a website.

Now we are migrating the server to 2008 with modified website name.
When we deply the application, we get error as "License key is invalid for server or for the website".

So my questions are as follows:
Is the license key is associated with Website name or sever?
What can we do to run the dll with new server and a new website?

Please advise.

Hi Puneet,

The license key needs both the application URL and server IP(s), unless you hold a Site Wide or Enterprise license.

Please email support at keyoti.com and attach your license error message along with a copy of your existing license key. We can then look at generating a new key for you.
