I've tried finding documentation on how word weights are calculated, and what I've found doesn't go deep enough. Perhaps I'm missing some pages of documentation.

Are there different weights applied to title, URL and document text? Is it possible to change the factors used for the words in each of those three sets of words?

Does CalculateWordRelevancies deal with only the words in the document text?

Yes, modify them in the configuration, WordWeightFactorBody, WordWeightFactorTitle, and WordWeightFactorUrl.

No, the title and URL are handled too.
