Custom Data and Page Title not populated correctly on some pages - SearchUnit - Forum

We are using Custom Data for our Search results and on some of the pages Keyoti is not finding both the page Title and the Keyoti_Search_Custom_Data meta tag. If I view the page source, both tags seem to be correctly populated within the head tag. Other pages in the site are getting indexed correctly, so I don't believe that it's an issue with the Plugin.dll

Any suggestions where to look?

My immediate thought would be; is the page HTML formatted properly? Also are the title and meta tags within the first 10,000 characters of the page code?

Make sure any entities are properly escaped, eg " instead of ".

Otherwise, I'd need to see the page and the plugin.

Thank you Jim for your quick response

I took a step back, and indexed a specific page where I could debug while it was indexing and found our issue.
We had a special case for the keyoti user agent that wasn't obvious when browsing the site.
