OCL / OCI File in Index missing - SearchUnit - Forum

Hey guys,

I'm generating an index file via a command line tool which I wrote by myself.
Unfortunaltely the index which is generated does not contain the ocl and oci files.

When I'm using these files for the search I'm getting an error with the message:
Could not find file '.....\Keyoti_Search_Index\DE\251.oci'.

Do you know what am I doing wrong?

Hi, yes sounds like you have CreateForwardIndex set false in the configuration you are building the index with, but still true (default) in the configuration that you are searching with.

When it's false it doesn't create those files.
