Hi RapidSpell team,

We downloaded the "RapidSpell-Web-Java-4-1-0-Full" and it is working fine in local environment. To use this in production we need a license key, but we have an existing license key of "RapidSpellDesktop-NET-5.1.1-UD-Setup.msi".

We tried using that .Net 5.1.1 key in Java 4.1.0 application and got the below error.

An error occurred in RapidSpell. Have you tried to use a version 2 license key? If so, please upgrade to the current version to obtain a new key. 1

Kindly let us know how to proceed further using the same key.
Any upgrades needed ?

Hi Guna,

RapidSpell Web Java and RapidSpell Desktop .NET are different products - license keys cannot be used across different products.

If you have not purchased a license for RapidSpell Web Java in the past then you would need to purchase it separately.

Hi Team,

Thanks for the update, please share us more details on the license.

we plan to implement RapidSpell Web Java in our application and it would be on multiple servers and instances.

Let us know which is the latest version and cost for purchasing.
