I am unable to reindex after the initial indexing. Either by the service, or manually.

Running it via the service gives me this in Republisher.txt:
Quote:
1/12/2015 3:00 AM: Exception during indexing: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
at System.Collections.ArrayList.get_Item(Int32 index)
at Keyoti.SearchEngine.Utils.e.b(Stream A_0)
at Keyoti.SearchEngine.Utils.e.a(ArrayList A_0)
at Keyoti.SearchEngine.Index.IndexableSources.WebSiteSpider.a(ArrayList A_0, ArrayList A_1, WebsiteBasedIndexableSourceRecord A_2)
at Keyoti.SearchEngine.Index.IndexableSources.WebSiteBasedSource.Import()
at Keyoti.SearchEngine.Index.DocumentIndex.Import(IndexableSourceRecord indexableSourceRecord, IIndexableSource dataSource)
at Keyoti.SearchEngine.Index.DocumentIndex.ReimportIndexableSources()
at Keyoti.SearchEngine.Web.IndexManagerTool2.Content.Publish.Republisher.RepublishTask.Run(String indexDir)
1/12/2015 3:00 AM:

End session.

Running it manually from the web app gives me the following error message:
Quote:
Exception during indexing: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

Running it manually from the Index Manager Tool just makes the program hang with a greyed out window, and locks the index.

I am using SearchUnit-Setup-v6.0-UD.msi, revision number {DE648ED5-7E18-461D-9DC8-3052E3A30BC4}

Sorry I'm not seeing any patches made since release that might affect this. Best thing to do is try to isolate which document it's having trouble with.

Can you look in the WebSiteSpider.txt file (in the index dir) please and see what the last document it was crawling was? If you don't have WebSiteSpider.txt, please enable logging and try importing again.

If you would like to send me all the log files, and also the file in question - that would be great, just email to support@keyoti.com

Thanks

Would you be able to paste your robots.txt file here, or email to me. That seems to be where we're choking.
