Hi Jim,

the suggestions for "arzttermin", "arztermin" and "Arztermin" do not contain the correct spelling "Arzttermin" (suggestions are "Ortstermin", "Fahrttermin", and "Starttermin" for the first and "Ärzteroman", "Arztroman", and "Arterien" for the latter two).
For "Arzttemrin" I don't get any suggestions at all.

I added the word to the dictionary but that didn't help.

Settings are ("Me" is a class inheritng from RapidSpellDialog):
Code:
Me.CheckCompoundWords = True
Me.SuggestionsMethod = SuggestionsMethodType.HashingSuggestions
Me.GUILanguage = LanguageType.GERMAN
Me.LanguageParser = LanguageType.GERMAN
Me.V2Parser = True

We are using version 6.0.18.820 with TextControl v26 SP1.

Regards,
Christian

Hi Christian, if you added it to the user dictionary, did you also set IncludeUserDictionaryInSuggestion to true in RapidSpellDialog?

It is true that it is not in the dictionary, which I will now update.

Thanks
Jim

Hi Jim,

I had put it in the main dictionary using dict manager but it didn't save ... after I realized and saved again the word showed up properly.

Where would I download newer versions of the main dictionary?

Regards,
Christian
