Hi, can you enable logging (in the configuration), and after you believe that it should have indexed, obtain the log files (.txt in the index directory) and send to me via support at keyoti.com
How are you indexing the files after they've been uploaded? Code? Service? Manually?
You say that the lock file is generated, that is OK but it should go away when the index is closed (either with DocumentIndex.Close in code or by closing the index manager).
